[FEATURE] To add make commnds for the dokcer installation

Why do we need this improvement?
make commands make it easy to setup the codebase with dokcer setup.
How will this change help?
This will help contributors to remember the commands for running the docker container easily and saving their time.

This will be implemented with the help of a makefile and updating the readme docker installation section

@DhairyaMajmudar What is the need to add docker installation steps. There are tons of tutorials provided on the internet and we have provided the link to install the docker in README.
