Revert the package of mdx/js loader

Describe the bug.
This package version got upgraded due to which the build is getting failed of docs section
For now let's just revert the package version as it is a production error and then will work on solving the issue and upgrading the version
Expected behavior
The build should not fail

Todo: Revert the changes of this pr
