[BUG] "Apply To Speak" button on landing page is partially visible in mobile view

Describe the bug.
If we switch to mobile view, the "Apply To Speak" button in not properly visible in the banner
Expected behavior
The "Apply To Speak" button should be fully visible

- Go to "https://www.asyncapi.com"
- Switch to mobile view( If you are on desktop)
