新版twitch API 要求 OAuth， 所以在document 裡面有一個Authorization的頁面。
裡面有提到如何用申請client ID時候拿到的客戶端密碼取得OAuth。
找了好久才解決這個問題，希望其他人不要也在這簡單問題卡太久
