Modularize bmt's os specific code, or remove it

All of the OS specific code should go into quirk-specific locations (for example) /usr/local/etc/bmt/os.d/windows.sh.
Alternatively, maybe we should just deprecate all of the grub2-bhyve linux stuff in favor of just using the uefi-firmware.
