Add disambiguated small-case L

Currently, capital case I and small case L are not disambiguated (for words like Illiad) making them hard to distinguish in such usages. Please add a small-case L (maybe with a tail, as done by Inter, IBM Plex Sans and Recursive). Such a variant can be assigned to a stylistic set that may include future disambiguated characters (such as slashed or dotted zero 0 to disambiguate from capital case O) or can be a one-off character variant or both.
Examples of fonts that have good disambiguation strategy:
- Inter has dedicated stylistic sets

, as well as character variants,cv05
, for finer control. - IBM Plex Sans has disambiguated characters by default. Same goes for Recursive.
