Description
We've removed the previously used Travis CI yaml in this PR and started adding GitHub Actions: #458
But we've all the colours flags and commands being used in the CI - that's missing from the GitHub Action ruby.yaml file - we need to add that to make it similar to the Travis CI yaml previously used
