Summary
Allow to uninstall all packages that are not starred using apm uninstall --unstarred or similar.
Motivation
As there is no build-in way to sync packages many use the star feature to sync packages across devices and create a backup. For this reason it would be helpful if one could uninstall all plugins that are not starred so that only starred remain.
Describe alternatives you've considered
As far as I know there is no uninstall all option that could be used as an alternative either.
