Dead packages

Description

Attempting to install select packages fails.

Steps to Reproduce

1. apm install react or apm install travis-ci-status
2. weep

Expected behavior:

Expect when attempting to install any package found on https://atom.io/packages, the package will install successfully.

Actual behavior:

Package install fails.

Reproduces how often:

100% of the time

Additional Information

Out of the 20 some packages I attempted to install, two failed. With a 10% failure rate on my sample, I imagine there are many, many more packages whose install fails.
