README.md references Atom forum but it's a broken link

Description
There are multiple references to an Atom forum that no longer seems to exist (404 file not found)
- spotted 2 references in README.md
- spotted 1 reference in the bug report pre-requisite ("Checked the FAQs on the message board")

Noticed a few broken links to the forum on https://atom.io/ as well

This is an issue in the actual editor as well.
Help > Community Discussions
leads to the same broken link.
