Description

There are multiple references to an Atom forum that no longer seems to exist (404 file not found)

• spotted 2 references in README.md
• spotted 1 reference in the bug report pre-requisite ("Checked the FAQs on the message board")

Noticed a few broken links to the forum on https://atom.io/ as well

Help > Community Discussions leads to the same broken link.
