AutoComplete Doesn't Work Anymore

Description

HTML autocomplete stopped working as of today.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Atom
2. Type an html tag of any kind, and hit enter.
3. Watch as no closing tag shows up.

The closing tag to be automatically generated.

Nothing happens

100% of the time, now.

I was confusing autocomplete with autoclose. My bad.
