Content longer than 3000 bytes is not allowed

We should enhance the bot to break longer content up into overlapping chunks smaller than 3000 bytes and submit multiple requests. The chunks should be overlapping so that someone can't put toxic language on a 3000 byte boundary in content to fool the API.
