Add a better error message when the analyzer detects a non-English language

Currently, it just gives a generic message saying that analysis failed. We should be able to detect when it fails due to language issues and send a better, more specific message.

Additionally, when it can't even make a guess at a language, it returns und (meaning "Undetermined"). See this comment for an example.
