Description
When you provide token and link your GitHub with your atom IDE, and try to clone a repo from your account. Everything works but when you make a change in the code. It doesn't show any pull request and cannot push updates to the repo on github. It was working fine in 1.57.0
Versions
Atom 1.58.0

Here exactly the same problem.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Atom and tried possible solutions several times without success.
Windows 10
Atom 1.58.0
Will test with Atom 1.57.0.
