Commit changes to github

Push changes to github rep

Expected behavior:

I expect Atom to push my code to github
Actual behavior:

I get asked to enter my login credentials which is no longer a valid auth method. I have already added my github Auth token to Atom and it still asks me for the login credentials which causes the push to fail

I figured it out. For anyone in the future with the same problem - You need to use your token as the password when it asks you for your login. Which should be changed for clarity's sake.
