Description
This message is incorrect. My internet is working, both right now and when I launched Atom.
The Retry button does nothing.
A web search finds a post with a suspiciously related-sounding title, but discuss.atom.io appears to be not working, so I can't check what it says:

- Launch Atom
- Click GitHub tab
Expected behavior:
Show open issues and pull requests.
Actual behavior:
See above screenshot.
Reproduces how often:
100%.

Exactly same issue on MacOS 10.15.7
