Description
On 1.37.0-nightly1, the newly stickied settings headers have a very small gap above them. This is especially noticeable when scrolling
Steps to Reproduce

Install
atom-beautify
(or any package with groups of settings. -
Open a group and scroll up and down.
Expected behavior: [What you expect to happen]
No gap
Actual behavior: [What actually happens]
See a cross section of everything that passes through there
Reproduces how often: [What percentage of the time does it reproduce?]
100%
