Using commands doesn't work the second time

Description
When using commands (ctrl-shift-p
) for the settings view, the first time, it works properly. But the second time, it can't go to the install
panel.
Steps to Reproduce
ctrl-shift-p
-> "Install Packages And Themes"ctrl-shift-p
-> go to any other pane (eg: "Keybindings")ctrl-shift-p
-> "Install Packages And Themes"
Expected behavior:
It should display the install packages pane
Actual behavior:
Nothing happens
Reproduces how often:
Always
