Description
After trying to install Teletype from Welcome Guide nothing happens. Installation via Package Installer fails with following output:

Steps to Reproduce
- Open Atom
- Open Settings
- Open Package Installer
- Search for Teletype
- Press "Install"
Expected behavior:
I expect Teletype to be installed
Actual behavior:
Installing fails
Reproduces how often:
It happens on my PC every time I try to install Teletype. I have downloaded newest Atom version today and tried to install Teletype but failed
