atom/tree-view

Hello dear Atom support team. I was wondering if you could help me, please, to fix the following issue. My tree-view panel dissappeared recently (probably, I pressed some sequence of buttons unintentionally). I figured out how to make it appear again. But it appears only for the current session. When I close Atom and then open it again, the tree-view panel dissappears again. And I need to toggle it manually. I enabled it in the settings, I toggled it, I opened existing files from folders, I opened blank files without folders, I used moon calendar to pick a right time to open Atom - nothing has helped me so far. Tree view doesn't appear automatically anymore when I open my existing files (with code in them) from my existing folders.

it look like you are describing this issue : #1313
Apparently it is the new behaviour of atom when opening a project from a file and there is no option to restore the old behaviour.
