Show better message once org webhook is installed

Currently message is like this:

Installed new webhook for tromtest (https://webhook-staging.atomist.services/atomist/github/teams/<some team>/<some provider id>)

The link is not really useful as it leads to 404. We also should take an opportunity and possibly explain benefits of org webhook?

I'm a little worried about it being confusing to link them to the GitHub help page for organizations, but I couldn't think of a better one

@WillGardella I'm not sure that specific link is all that useful at explaining why webhooks are necessary - I'd leave it just plain "Org webhook installed..."
