Show commits for an issue on `list issues`

When someone does list issues we should show any commits that have been checked in for that issue number

@WillGardella What information from a commit would you like to see in particular? e.g. commit message, url of commit, sha of commit etc

I think the normal type of thing we show - the SHA, which is a clickable link (so we use the URL but don't show it) and the commit message, first X characters. @cdupuis - sound right to you?
