For Docker we need some instructions on how to run the scanner locally.

I think @kipz added this to the CLI but I'm not sure how to run it and we need this to be on our public docs.

No, didn’t we do something to also print CVEs locally?

The ask was for a scanner that shows results before stuff gets uploaded.
