I think we should close on a few things

  • need a better string-matches? predicate - do we have one?
  • is-in-docker-org? private?
  • is skill-config-value private? Should users use get-skill-config-value?
  • should config-value-tx be able to watch for a set of parameter changes to make it more generic?

I know I should start writing these elsewhere. I just put them here until we're all up to speed on adding these docs in the new place.
