Consider giving Eric Simms access to create branches and PR's

I currently do not have the ability to create a branch. I wanted to make the changes to yn_to_tf to address Issue #57 by creating a branch off of dev, modifying the code and doing a PR to get my changes into dev.

So there's nothing stopping you from putting in a pull request right now. If you need to more actively develop on metacore, then we could look at giving you direct repository access - but that should be a bit larger of a conversation.
