No staging repository with name sonatype created

Currently automated releases at sonatype fail due to "No staging repository with name sonatype created" e.g.

It is actually a known issue as gradle-nexus/publish-plugin#96 .

I sense some effort to support it is ongoing so I would leave the build settings as is and expect working future.

Now that we need the release pipeline finish, not abort, the close-to-release step is disabled.

Now we won't enable this automatic releases, we don't assume that automatic publishing is always safe.
