sa2: One on One (4am and san inc crack) does not boot

sa2 on macOS boots to a garbled low-res screen. Sometimes just hangs, sometimes beeps endlessly and scrolling a little.

Only happen under Enhanced //e emulation, not //e or ][+. Does not happen under Windows.

Made it happen on Windows, moving the issue to AppleWin#1266
