Enhancement: Adding URL to list of Similar Cookiecutter Templates

Description
I am trying to add my cookiecutter template (https://fpgmaas.github.io/cookiecutter-poetry/) to the list of 'Similar Cookiecutter Templates'. I tried to create a fork, as outlined in CONTRIBUTING.rst, but I get the following error:
No more forks can be created. View existing forks.
Is this intentional, or am I doing something wrong? Is it still possible to create pull requests for this repository?
