Save preferences

Keep user preferences in a file into their $HOME, so the command can be executed with minimal arguments:

• Keep last article timestamp.
• Keep access token.
• Preferences:
  • Allow reading time preference to be set.
  • Allow a custom tag to be defined.
  • Allow quantity of articles to be fetch.
