It seems that it is not possible to select a preset on Android 4.4 devices.

See here some problem reports:

It would be also great if more people could comment this bug in the cordova bug tracker, so that it's more likely to get fixed!

I was hoping to use my phone to participate in the Dog Days of Podcasting with Auphonic. So, this is a show stopper for me. I need to be able to select a preset so I get Album art, meta data, etc.

Thanks mauzenne! I know that's a very annoying problem.

As noted in ticket #7 the blocker for this is the following phonegap/cordova bug:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-4796
We don't have the resources at the moment to fix these phonegap issues ...
Would be great if people could also leave some comments there ;)

I cannot select a preset (Xiaomi Mi3, Android 4.4.4 KTU84P). It seems this problem is still not solved. Is there any hope that the bug will be corrected?
