No copy on windows

Description of the bug

When asking to make import as File> Import > copy to disk
It's only display "result of the pattern:" without other stuff after
the progress still display 0/xx
When the import finish, nothing imported

To Reproduce

1. Go to "Fichier> Importer"
2. Click on "File handling > Copy to disk"
3. Fill jobcode or not
4. Dossier de base du projet on local disk
5. Motif de nommage du dossier projet "$(EXIF.YEAR)-$(EXIF.MONTH)-$(EXIF.DAY)"
6. Motif de nommage des fichiers "$(FILE.NAME).$(FILE.EXTENSION)"
7. Select some files to better see that the import will do nothing
8. Click on "Import"

Expected behavior

DIrectory created with exif timestamp, files exists on local disk

• Tried with external memory card XQD, SD, internal SD reader, or copy files from and to local C drive
• Can you reproduce with another darktable version(s)?
• It's not new, not tested before the use of the native file chooser version
• Can you reproduce with a RAW or Jpeg or both? All image types
• Do you use lua scripts? None

Did you select a root project directory in import popup ? Any accents in pathes ?

Yes, filling jobcode doesn't change stuff
