The xmp re-imported in darktable 4.4.2 display and export all OK
I have made a copy of the folder and will keep it if you want other datas

Should be fixed by 2682f6c, but the nightly build didn't build. Re-open if not.

Fixed for export, the thumbnail are still broken, sometime black, sometimes with the same artefact. Other bug ?
