Unable to compile/run on macOS

I have been unable to compile or run this for macOS. The README doesn't seem to give instructions for this since libgimp2.0-dev is unavailable with homebrew.

I think is not made for mac unfortunately. Template Toaster (https://templatetoaster.com/tutorials/gimp-save-for-web/) has a guide to install it but it only explains Windows and Linux so I suppose it does not run it Mac.
