Can't select and use the bundle

Unfortunately, I can't use the Belarusian input source in Safari (Version 15.3) or Telegram (8.5.226935 AppStore). It simply doesn't allow me to choose it 😕 Same for Notes, Reminders and (I believe all other Apple apps) At the same time I can choose and use it in Chrome, Sublime Text or Github Desktop which I got not from third-party developers.

The default Belarusian keyboard input source works everywhere without any issues so far.
