Warn user on overlay if they are in a CZ but have targeted a friendly ship

There's no way of knowing which faction they've picked in the conflict, so we'll have to assume the first kill is for the correct faction.

The warning itself could be quite prominent, perhaps middle of the screen a little above the targeting reticules.
