Don't do coreference resolution within a sentence

Example:
four white police officers heard cheers , too -- from scores of four white police officers off-duty colleagues , most of four white police officers white .
The phrase "four white police officers" replaces the pronouns "their", and "them", making an awkward sentence. Within a sentence, we should not be doing any coreference resolution for phrases within that sentence.

In this case, 'four white police officers' is a coreference from a previous sentence. We should replace the first such coreference but leave the rest.
