I have the problem that I would like to send the website to my friends, but they are from Germany, and so they don't understand what's on this website and how to install Matrix.

policy:
- don't translate the server list; my copy has to be canonical (also turn off the action)
- but you should recommend some servers in the guide, relevant to your cultural context
- in fact you can put anything that helps matrix grow and is relevant to your cultural context (as long as i know what your changes are)
- you're not obliged to use the theme
