DI.FM User Auth + Premium Support

In DI.FM App the ability to log into DI.FM should exist. This is particularly for Premium Users who must login in order to receive higher quality streams that are also Ad-Free. However, normal users have the ability login as well so we should support that.
When logging into a Premium Account (can determine based on the auth-request response data) users should be automatically transitioned to 'HD' streams offered by DI.FM.
If a user is not logged in, we should present a box to click (mimicking the "Tired of Ads" Box and Placement for HN Reader) Once clicked, the user should be presented with a Login Box (use Login-r3 styling from Dropbox)
All of the images of the v2.0 UI are in Dropbox under DI.FM > V2. This provides a great amount clarity for various functions such as Login, Bit-Rate Indicator design/placement, and much of the design updates (including the header). Finalized mockups are almost complete as some elements are missing such as a UI example of where to click Login/Logout etc.
