I've added iOS8 support in #7. Let me know what you think.
If you want to test it out and you've installed this via bower, you can use my branch. Just set the following in your bower.json:
"angular-add-to-home-screen": "chesleybrown/angular-add-to-home-screen#add-ios8-support"
