As a Service Provider
I need to be able to deploy the service to the cloud
So that users can access and use it from everywhere

Details and Assumptions

  • we will deploy it to AWS
  • database provision
  • database connection

Acceptance Criteria

Given an URL as service endpoint, and initial value 1
When counter is incremented 
Then 2 is returned queried by an another client
