Login/Sign Up Readability and Usability

Description
Our customer service often works with users that get confused with the log in/sign up process. Once they have created an account they will try to log in on the tab that is actually for signing up. The segmented control is not very noticeable and is not easily apparent which tab is selected. If they do try and log in on the sign up page they get an error message at the top of the view that lets them know that there is already an account created for that email. However, that message is very small and hard to see and read. Especially for someone with less than perfect vision.
Suggested fixes would be to increase font size, banner size and allow to specify a selected tab text color.
