Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Should rename things in the codebase like:

https://auth0.github.io/node-auth0/BlacklistedTokensManager.html

To something like:

DenylistedTokensManager

Describe the ideal solution

Classes that can be perceived as charged are removed.

Thanks for raising this @rhigdon

We are working to remove problematic terminology from our codebase. However we haven't been able to update this part of the Management API yet due to the difficulties associated with removing actively used endpoints.
