Can not download ROM

There is no way to download the ROM! I clicked on generate ROM and nothing happens! Please help!

I put in an unmodified ROM and everything! What am I doing wrong!?

Also, what does the (☆^O^☆) button do and why shouldn't I randomize the music? Thanks.
