Impossible exit?

Using the Outrageous mode (seed smw-v2.2-c32580d1) it appeared the stage shown in pic 1. The key was in the 2nd location, but the next sublevel (3rd pic) blocks your progress. Idk if there's a way to get the key to the top to pass this section. This stage was not necessary but it would be impossible to complete if it appears in another place. Note that you can't use Yoshi since the key disappears when going thru the pipe btw the sublevels.
