Unacknowledged alarms are filtered by time-range

Unacknowledged alarms are filtered out if date is beyond the time range. To acknowledge alarm you have to go to specific time range the alarms happened to be able to acknowledge them.
Active alarm tab should load all unacknowledged alarms and should be not effected by time range selector.
