Provide endpoint to query RPC URLs, Subnets and VMs

Problem
It may be complex to find certain information, such as the RPC URLs, or the currently existing Subnets or VMs. These information have to found in long logs or JSONs of the health check.

Possible Solution
Provide dedicated endpoints for these, so they can be easily queried.
