- Specify subnet-evm git tag for auto downloads
- Specify VM ID for subnet-evm binary path
- Write some default chain config
- Customize upgrade bytes to write on each host
- Add existing subnet id to track-subnets flag

Think we now have a better solution with a separate install-subnet-chain sub-command.
