Have a "preferred" format for uploading dense trees to get around the file limit. This should be done unaware to the core protocol (don't need special values or anything).

resolve-file space/key
upload-file space (key is produced from hash)

Should verify that keys retrieved of hash length == hash

Make 1 root node and all children on the same level.
