Generate annotations in xml formate

Hi,
I have downloaded VesselClassificationUpdated dataset, But also need annotations / ground truth values in the xml format like image1.jpg ~ image1.xml .

so my question is .
1-Is there annotations file available with this dataset? if yes then what is the format?
2-If not in xml then is there any method to convert to xmls? same as coco and voc format.
