Unable to install via PEAR

Hey there,

Thanks for this library, but I'm unable to install it! Pear is saying that the channel is returning a 404, and when I try to build the package myself via the makefile, I'm getting an error related to the VERSION variable being empty.

Is the a new preferred method for installation?

Now just need to figure out why the code variable isn't working in Drupal .module files...

Make sure you require library classes like I do in https://github.com/avalanche123/doxphp/blob/master/bin/doxphp

I'm documenting procedural code, so just functions. Everything looks okay,
except there's no code inside the functions.
